🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Wrapped Wishes Woo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

✅ Exchanges
Need a different size, style, or design? Your first exchange is free — we’ll even cover the shipping. Simply contact us at wrappedwisheswoo@gmail.com to get started.

Every Wrapped Wishes Woo piece is backed by our 90-Day Quality Guarantee.  
If your jewelry arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or breaks under normal use within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear  
- Accidental damage (drops, scratches, exposure to chemicals, etc.)  
- Lost or stolen items
